Terms
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms cover eatmotormouth.com, The Garage Club list, and the text messages and emails we send. By using the site or signing up, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.
Signing up
- You must be 13 or older to sign up. If you're under 18, please have a parent or guardian's permission.
- Sign up only with your own mobile number, and give us accurate information.
- One signup per person. Signing up again with the same number keeps your original place on the list.
The Garage Club list
Joining the list before we open gets you news about our opening and a chance to attend the soft open, along with other perks we may announce. Soft-open invitations and perks depend on space and availability, may have their own conditions, and may change or end. No purchase is needed to join.
The Garage Club is our rewards program. Its full rules will be posted when it starts. Joining the list now doesn't create a Garage Club account yet: when we open, you'll confirm your mobile number with a one-time code and your account will be ready. We may remove signups that look fake, duplicated or abusive.
Text messages
- Program: Motor Mouth Pizza texts, including news about our opening, invitations such as the soft open, offers, and Garage Club updates.
- Consent: by tapping Join the Garage Club, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Motor Mouth Pizza at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- How often: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, then no more marketing texts. Reply START to sign back up.
- For help: reply HELP, or email hello@eatmotormouth.com.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We never sell or share your mobile number. See our Privacy Policy.
